Goal area around goal posts

Many children make use of this area for football. So many that we could do with another set of goalposts. Also the existing goal areas have been worn down to the rock and the children are hurting themselves and ripping their clothes.Can we either have another set put up in a different area of the park or could the ground be filled in and covered with the protective matting that is around the climbing area? Or is there another solution to the problem? Have left messages via telephone but not had a reply!
