Flat residents leaving Bins on footpath

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 11:51, Mon 12 October 2009
Sent to Coventry City Council 4 minutes later

The residents of the flats in Southport Close are again leaving their refuse bins on the pavement outside of the front of the flats, despite previously receiving a letter from the council and the fact that they have storage for the bins around the back of the flats. there is no reason for the bins to be left out the front of the flats apart from laziness. When the new blue bins are distributed, the problem will only get worse.

The residents are still leaving the bins in front of the flats making parking awkward and the area unsightly.
