Problem in Kelsey Lane adjacent to Kelsey Way

Serious flytipping on this spot actually blocked this lane altogether, but last time I passed through the area was still strewn with household and builders rubbish at the sides of the lane. This could do with checking and clearing if still present, including because it could prove hazardous to vehicles passing by as well as being unsightly.
