Drains blocked

The drain at the corner of Holly House/bottom of the public footpath always overflows in the rain, this gets water from underneath the tarmac of the footpath by the looks of it. Too much for the drain to cope with.

The council have just passed the buck on this, claiming it is LCC's responsibility.

I doubt its going to be looked into let alone sorted.

NO contact yet, just wanted to mention that the drain pipe in the picture is not the cause of the problem, it is the water from the public footpath that is causing the problem, along with a blocked drain that is not capable of handling this amount of water.
