Large potholes

I live on the lower half of glanhowy road, between the islwyn inn and the new estate "the glades." The road has been renewed at the top of Glanhowy to the Islwyn Inn, and the glades has a new road - the bottom half of Glanhowy road is in a terrible state of repair with 5 large potholes within a distance of 100m. Nothing has been done about the deteriorating condition of this road and i have now damaged a tyre on a pothole.I, and other motorists have to steer around these potholes and it is a matter of time before someone has an accident as they are trying to avoid the potholes and not concentrating on navigating the road.
