Dog mess

The public footpath running along the motorway behind the housing estate is used by several dog owners as their personal dog toilet. The path is extremely well used by school children as there have been several accidents on the main road so the path is safer. Twice this week I have had to clear dog poo from shoes/pram wheels - many of the children using the path are nursery age and cannot avoid the poo even if they see it-the problem continues right along the main road especially under M4 bridge and to Croesty school. Please help- it's driving us all mad. Thanks
