Dog excrement Health Hazard

There is constantly large quantities of dog excrement on the pavement of oval road particually outside 10-15 and the surrounding area. This mess is frequently trodden in and walked across the pavement. On one occasion mess was left on my front porch. This is unsightly and a public health hazard, particually as there is a primary school nearby and children frequently play on the street corner.
