Traffic Priority Problem

Frequent near misses - vehicles turning right from Sanderson Road onto Oxford Road when the lights are green assume they have the priority and conflict with vehicles turning left from Highbridge estate. Perhaps there should be seperate phases for traffic coming from Highbridge Estate and Sanderson Road?
