Dodge Ramcharger

My neighbour has a massive dodge ramcharger that has been outside his house for the last two years which he has barely used.It completely obstructs the view of the road. It has made it extremely dangerous to get out of my drive and I have now had two accidents. He also has a mercedes that he keeps on his drive and a huge Toyota hiace which he parks opposit the ramcharger practically blocking the road.
