Potholes and Lack of Road Markings

On Adelaide Street there are a number of large and dangerous potholes. There are also several traffic-calming humps which are badly damaged and surely dangerous to drive over. On of these humps appears to have been originally designated as a zebra crossing but as the white/black zebra markings are now not at all visible it wasn't until I saw a pedestrian attempting to cross that I realised it was a crossing. Please could this be fixed as soon as possible. Thanks,
