parents collecting children from school

Despite double yellow lines, at approx 1500-1535hrs mon -fri cars park illegally half on the pavement.half on the road.enforcement officers very rarely attend and when they have they ignored the problem never issuing tkts. i have reported the problem by phone on several occassions to no avail.it is an accident waiting to happen.
