Overgrown and uneven surface

At the end of the 2 rows of terraced houses opposite the Hermit on Higham Common Road, there is a patch of land which has a clear sign that says it is property of BMBC. It is becoming very overgrown and although the council did send someone to cut the grass in the summer, they only did one strip at the very top of the land. Although this helped the view for vehicles pulling out of the road next to the houses, it still looks untidy. The path down the middle of the land that joins to the road behind the houses is also very bumpy and again looks untidy. It would be greatly appreciated by residents in the area if the potholes in the path and the overgrown grass were made to look neater.
