Hi, there has been an abandoned vehicle outside my property for well over 10 days now. I need to move it because I want to get builders in to dig up my front garden in order I can carry out building work. I need access to this parking space. I am not sure if you can contact the owner through the police? It may be a stolen vehicle as no one in the street has ever seen it before. Registration number R51 EHK a maroon Ford Escort. Appreciate your help.
