Van in dissabled bay for weeks now

There ia a large van reg T50KH8, has been parked completely covering a dissabled parking space for some weeks now, there is no blue badge being used, I think it is being left there untill its sold

Traffic Wardens don't care. Take your own action and put some permanent stickers on the windscreen.

WHY IS NOTHING BEING DONE TO REMOVE THIS VAN FROM A DISSABLED PARKING BAY????? THEY SELL CARS FROM THE STREET AND NOW THEY ARE TAKEING DISSABLED SPOTS TO!!!
