Tree caused damage to kerbstone

I have a large sycamore tree outside my property, it is bad enough that it leaves a stick mess all over any car that is parked within 15 yards of it, however it has pushed out the kerbstone far enough to catch on your tyre when parking. The council have repaired 40-50 kerbstones around the corner but do not think that this requires attention
