Dogs constantly barking

A close neighbour of mine acquired what seems to be two dogs earlier on this year. I live on a quiet, respectable steet and the barking noise was apparent immediatley. At first we thought it was because the dogs were young so we have endured this noise nuisance often from as early as 7.30 am (even sunays)then intermitendly throughout the day until as late as 10.00 pm. It has been quite a few months now and we realise the owners are well aware of it as they often shout at the dogs to "shut up ". When we moved to this area we thought it was a "home for life " but are now considering moving as the noise these dogs are making is very draining.
