Bottle dropping

Somebody has been leaving empty bottles of wine/beer next to the telephone routing box located to the side of the property 44 Thurlestone Drive every week for nearly 9 months now. There is no pattern to the droppings and I do not believe that it is any of the immediate neighbours doing it. Why would they? However, as the droppings occur late at night or early hours of the morning it has been impossible to detect who the offender is here. Is there any chance some litter offence warnings could be posted around the area to detract the offender?
