Obstructing the pavement & Road in Tall Trees, Catshill

There are two green unsightly (sometimes very muddy) 4x4 vehicles parked on the pavement and completely blocking the pedestrian footpath and are very unsightly for all residents to look at 24/7. They are also creating a hazard as they obstruct the view down the road for oncoming car's entering the the cul-de-sac. Space is tight as it is!!
