Illegally parked vehicles

Many vehicles parked along here, especially around lunch (1pm to 2pm). Makes it impossible to access properties nearby without driving along the pavement.

Council now send a van round on occasionally to help people park - despite the majority not having any valid permit to do so (eg. blue badge).
