Dog Fouling

My 17 month old Daughter managed to find and try to eat Dog S**t on saturday. We finf the duchy field a great area for Daisy to enjoy walking with freedom away form cars and associated hazards, she didn't wander far from path, less than 6 foot and encoutered the crap! Dogs are not on leads, no effort to pick up the offending items. Previously, a few months ago, cursed i didn't approach the woman concerned but difficult when you have a yourg child, A lady allowed two Labradors, black to run round the football field, nice dump where footballers will have to play later (lovely) and one ran alongside the fencing for the children play area and peed against the fencing, obviously u have notices but once a dog is loose, what can be done about it!
