Parking near Kells Lane/Engine Lane Park

Since the children's park reopened after refurbishment earlier this year there has been a significant increase in the number of cars parked on Kell's Lane near the junction with Church Road, particularly at weekends and in the evening. People park on both sides of Kell's Lane outside the park right up to the corner of Church Road. This causes a number of problems: it is difficult to see children crossing the road, it blocks driver's visiblity when pulling out of Church Road and on occasion has caused problems for the 51/52 bus which runs along Kell's Lane.

I had an email from the council the next day saying someone was already looking into it but was on leave. Since then I've heard nothing more.
