A Vauxhal Combi Van with license plate YR51DFL has been left in someone else's parking space for the past month. This person is forced to park in front of the garages which is making parking awkward. We don't know who the 'owner' is, but think it might have been dumped by [edited for privacy - details sent to council]. The car tax expired in Jan 07. The council have put a notice on the car pointing out the tax is out of date, but it's dated 31st July (so that was two weeks ago). It's becoming a real pain for the residents now - can we get it moved before the kids vandalise it (as they did with the last one).
