Missed bin collections

We (all street)have had missed bin collections on alloted day for 4 of last 6 weeks. They changed collection day to Friday "in order to provide a better service", and then missed that. Now almost 2 weeks since last collection. V poor service.

Another week, another missed collection. They don't miss collecting the council tax from us though!!!!!
