Climping Church Green

Reported by Phyllis Kirk at 21:24, Fri 25 September 2009
Sent to West Sussex County Council and Arun District Council 1 minute later

I drive past the green at Climping each day and I am amazed at the increase in vehicles parked on the green - the majority appear to be cars 'for sale' it appears that it is being used as an extension to a forecourt. If it continues what is the green going to be like when winter comes and we have wet weather - I doubt if much consideration will be given for the grass.

I did get a response from the council and they are aware of the problem and are attempting to sort it. For a week it seemed to improve but yesterday 23rd Oct the cars for sale were back on the green. So although I got a quick response, the council seem unable to solve it.
