Fly tipping - rubbish dumped

This is a hot spot for bins to be left out all week, and various items (sofas etc) to be dumped. I suggest the problem needs a more radical solution e.g. install a community bin OR move the railings to make the blank pavement space less inviting for rubbish.

The old rubbish has been removed, but new rubbish has come and taken its place!
The old rubbish has gone again. Now there is a piece of burned out wooden board.
York place - between Gloucester Street and Trafalgar Street - there is a massive post hole at the side of the road just past rayner's opticians. I cycle on this road every day to the station and have to cycle around it but this needs fixing otherwise there will be a serious accident soon!
