Herne Bay Clock Tower

Sent to Kent County Council and Canterbury City Council 2 minutes later
The clock has stopped at 12'oclock on all four faces and has been this way for a long while. Can this be fixed as soon as possible. This is an historic structure of the town.
The clock should now be working.
The age of the clock, its proximity to salt water and general wear and tear led to damage within the gear box. This is a one-off installation and our specialist clock repairer has manufactured all the replacement parts, hence the delay in restoring the clock to working condition, albeit that it has only taken about 6 weeks from diagnosis to repair.
Thanks CCC you got something right for once.... well done!
