Leftover materials from Shaw Heath enhancement

There are a lot of road cones and barriers on the corner of Avon Street and Florist Street. There is also a skip that has been there for several months. I think the mess is encouraging fly tipping in the area. I've also seen children playing in the skip and with the leftover materials, which is obviously a bit of a hazzard. Could the council clean it up.
