Leftover material from Shaw Heath enhancement scheme

A quantity of barriers and cones has been left on the corner of Avon Street and Florist street since the enhancemnet scheme took place. Unfortunately, it appears to be encouraging people to fly tip in the area, as there is now a significant amount of waste piled up in the corner. There is also a full skip that has been there for several months. I have looked for a skip hire phone number on it, but couldn't see one. Can the council clean this up before the problem gets any worse.
