Fly tipping on mountainside

There is a lot of fly tipping on the sides of the path (which is a part of the Rhymney Valley Ridgeway Footpath) just in side the cattle grid. There is also loads over the mountainside near to the variuos public footpaths but this is the only lot I could accuratley pinpoint on a map, sure the grazing sheep don't appreciate it much either!
