Litter being ignored by Serco!

Along with the dog fouling I have regularly complained about the fact that Serco refuse to pick up litter on this part of Queens Square. The Land Registry tell me it is owned by Breckland DC and so I expect them to instruct their contractor to include this area in their litter picking responsibilities.
