Possible illegal building work

Reported anonymously at 09:31, Sun 20 September 2009
Sent to Kent County Council and Canterbury City Council 3 minutes later

To the rear of 10 Cockering Road, Canterbury there appears to be a 2-story extension currently being built (there are breeze-blocks going up above the 1-story layer with window cavities present on the 2nd floor).

There doesn't appear to be a current planning application associated with this work on the Canterbury City Council Planning Portal (http://www.canterbury.gov.uk/gis/planningapps.php) the most recent being http://www2.canterbury.gov.uk/planning/dcn/CA/__/93/_0/04/30.pdf from 1993.
