Litter

Reported in the Street cleansing category by R T VINCENT at 20:05, Fri 18 September 2009
Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council 4 minutes later

Although the litter on the paths in Norfolk Sq. is cleared. The large amount of rubbish in the scrubs and bushes remains untouched. There is an accumulation of cans, bottles and general litter that nobody does a thing about. The square is starting to look like a tip. For a prominent square in the centre of Brighton this looks very bad.

As nothing was done about this by City Clean we organised a Winter Tidy Up and just recently a Spring Tidy Up. Thanks to the volunteers the Square is now looking better. Its ongoing as many members of the Public should live with the Pigs.
