Drain

Sent to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hampshire County Council 5 minutes later

There is a circular drain cover on the grass bank beside 520 Abbey Road. It may be surface water or foul or another service, and it is not known whose responsibility it is. Some of the concrete around the drain has broken off. This needs fixing.
