Inconsistent bus-lane marking

Some of the roads feeding this roundabout allow motorcycles in bus-lanes, while others do not.
From what I can see, there's no reason why Holloway Road might allow motorcyclists to approach in the bus-lane but Canonbury Rd might not. They are continuations of the same road!
It's somewhat confusing, and it's potentially dangerous as it forces road-users to make more observations to assess the inconsistent rules for bus-lanes when they should be looking at the conditions on the road.
Suggest that motorcyclists should be allowed to use all bus-lanes when approaching this roundabout.
I also suggest that unless there's a pressing reason then the bus-lane rules should be consistent on the A1 and A1200.
