Dead Pigeon

There is a dead pigeon hanging on the side of the bridge at Theobalds grove station. On top of the public footpath.

It was not the councils problem to move the pigeon as it was on the railway bridge. I was advised to contact network rail. I have contacted them twice by phone and once at the station. The pigeon is still hanging there.

Hes still there! and this eek the councilors took photos for the newspaper in front of the bridge and you can see the pigeon hanging behind.
