Vandalised Street Lamp

Hi, the street lamp in the middle of Rhos Fynach Park, Rhos On Sea has been, I think, shaken so that the bulb has broken. Its the lamp right by where the two main paths converge in the middle of the park (see map) Could someone come and fix it please?
