Positioning of bus stop

Why was a decision made to locate a bus stop oposite the station and not allowing traffic to continue to flow past the busses thus causing congestion on a roundabout that has recently been installed. Were suggestion for traffic management sought from the pupils at the local junior school or did we as council tax payers actually pay for whoever designed this new road layout. Every morning, the delivery lorry for the local Harvester public house parks on double yellow lines outside the pub and blocks traffic . Do we ever see a traffic warden in the area, no, they are not willing to sort out real problems. Sort yourselves out Bexley Council!!!!
