Youths on mopeds

Yound lads on mopeds keep riding up and down the street at all times of the day and night, today they were doing wheelies. The bikes are very noisy, they usually wear helmets but on some occasions they haven't. I have a 5yr old daughter and there are quite a few school children on this steet and Fairway Road and I am worried for their safety. I was wondering is there anything that can be done?
