Suxh very nasty revving at all hours, different bikes - this is a recent problem yet RBKC don't deal with traffic noise? Where is the cctv and community policing ? Why are they not stopping these thugs? It is clearly breaching the peace and sounds like speeding too. Right near the Old Brompton Rd junction too, as well as in Earls Court Road, it's a question of time before there is major accident as well.

Problem much worse since reporting, council confirmed only police can deal with this, is now malicious bikers got word and doing it on purpose, scaring animals and children, really a shame
