Damage to wall behind priory

This site has be vandalised many times before so I suspect the same is true this time.

Apparently the wall I mentioned is owned by the Lancaster Priory, and therefore it is their responsibility to fix it, not the councils. So the council will not take action. Understandable, if somewhat frustrating.
