The caravan owned by the occupiers of 13 Schooner Close is persistently left parked on the street for days and sometimes weeks after being used, at great inconvenience to all of the neighbours on the Close, but particularly those living around the cul-de-sac. Also there are 2 abandoned vehicles on the driveway of the property which have been there for several months.
