Cars Parked on Junction

There is a car always parked in the evenings and weekends on the junctions From Thames Avenue to Seven Avenue. The car is a blue vauxhall and is not visible when turning from Thames Avenue into Seven Avenue. And when turning from Seven Avenue onto Thames avenue you have to take extra precaution to avoid any oncoming vehicles who are unable to see you.
