Rubbish accumulating in bushes

The bushes at the end of of Crocodile Walk have a lot of quite unpleasant stuff that shouldn't be so close to a children's playarea.

Got the email that said would get a reponse in 15 working days - now up to 17. I have chased by replying to email.

If anything the mess has got worse...
