Dangerous hole on Milk Street pavement

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category by Nicky Getgood at 11:15, Wed 9 September 2009
Sent to Birmingham City Council 5 minutes later

I was walking along the pavement, looking at something at the opposite side of the road (so not watching the floor) when I almost lost my foot down this hole. It's really dangerous - no bollard or anything to warn you it's there and is a broken ankle waiting to happen. This needs fixing ASAP!

It's been like that for ages. At one point something like a keep left sign was laid over it but now that's gone it's very open and dangerous. Must have been a coach parked on it that caused it.
