Bins parked permanently on street

Sent to Cambridge City Council less than a minute later

Local residents black and green bins are left permanently on the pavement outside 1 Trafalgar Road, causing obstruction, littering, and dumping.

The problem has improved a bit since the council wrote to the neighbours, but there are still bins there most of the time and still dumping.

*sigh* Blue boxes left out now full of litter. Bins left out now overflowing. Miscellaneous dumping.

I recently had to call the council to clear up a large pile of black sacks that had been dumped around the bins left here.
