Bus stop buried in horse manure

The raised bus stop pavement across the road from the entrance to Stakesby school's car park has got horse muck spread right the way along it. Been there at least a week or two now.

Also ongoing litter problems from entrance to Doctor's surgery car park, along pavement + grass verges across the road from the Stakesby Arms, right the way round to the junction between Runswick Avenenue / High Stakesby road. (mostly drink bottles + bags of Dog muck people have flung instead of binning it).
