“NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY” “WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT” “YOU NEED TO CONTACT.......” These authorities are experts in shedding responsibility, what happened to we go that extra mile or your problem becomes ours we will try and sort it out for you and pass it on to the relevant authority. They just hope you will give up and go away. They are forgetting that they are well-paid public servants
