Motor Home in High Trees

A very old and delapidated motor home has been left in High Trees for the past three weeks. It has not been used in this time.

It an eyesore and the owner obviously does not live in the area.

Surely people must park such vehicles near their own premises and not blight other peoples neighbourhoods.

Can they be made to remove this?
