Overgrown trees

Along Hivings Hill there are street lights, but both at night and during the day you can hardly tell.

The trees on the pavement have over grown them and obscure them almost completely.

Any chance of getting them cut back so the lights can be of some effect, and also with the added bonus of not getting soaked when you walk past just after rain?

Also, visible street lights are an indication of the 30 MPH speed limit on the road. As they aren't visible, many people may not be aware that it is a 30 MPH road.

Thanks.
