Dangerous broken grate

On the southbound side of Upper Street, just before the pedestrian crossing from Angel station, there is a broken grate that has twice pierced my cycle tire (I really should have known it was there the second time...) and needs looking at. It's been like that for the last few weeks. Many thanks.
